With more than 20 years of experience and expertise in Product Sales & Training, Ranjan has pioneered Concept Selling in Financial Market Domain. A post-graduate from Pune University inComputer Management, he is a very popular Trainer among Financial Advisors. Innovating and developing sales strategies has never hindered him in following his passion of Training.

With almost 19 years of experience as a Trainer in the domain of Financial Markets, he has delivered around 3000 sessions on various platforms. He is the only Trainer who has spoken at Investor Meets & Investor Literacy Meetings of companies on behalf of Financial Advisors in India & Abroad. His mentoring has helped many Financial Advisors to do better. He has also done Celebrity & HNI Canvassing. All his topics are about understanding Financial Market through Concepts. Known for his innovative ideas in sales, he took up the challenge as CEO of Dgflick Insurance and introduced the company to the Insurance Segment with Multiple Products. The company’s flagship products Brand Xpress and Web Xpress under his leadership have become two of the most popular products in LIC Domain today.

Mr. Ranjan is the youngest of two sons of Shri Ramesh N Shetti (Bhavikeri) and Late Smt. Rashmi Ramesh Shetti. He is married to Smt. Nagaratna Nagarkatte and has two children, son, Vedant (studying in the X Std.) and daughter, Saina (studying in the V Std.)
